    This new wellness retreat at the beautiful Hawkesbury River Peat’s Bite Resort is a little slice of heaven.

    Tais has teamed up with the Peat’s Bite family to create the ultimate in the balance between a chill-out retreat and a heavily programmed yoga retreat.     Each morning starts at dawn with optional meditation, followed by a sunrise vinyasa flow; unlock you Bandhas and learn about Pranayama breath. Allow this time to capture the best of you and feel free from responsibilities.

    Peat’s Bite stunning surroundings, serving to soften the blow, and only one hour from Sydney, are only accessible by water, or if you’re keen, a good walk through the National Park. 

    Be engaged by a special guest speaker, life coaches and celebrity speakers that specialise in anxiety confidence or stress management. 

    It’s a dream to wake up in with the mist steaming over the river, and in the evening, the abundant wildlife singing tunes at dusk. Each day, guests will have two cooking classes with the resident Peat’s Bite chef extraordinaire. 

    With your mind at ease and your taste buds singing, get creative with the colourful produce and simplicity of fresh food. Imagine finally having those few extra recipes under your sleeve, home-made Quinoa, Apricot and almond salad, and a myriad of other recipes. 

    Thankfully, guests then get to enjoy the spoils over a long lunch overlooking the garden. 

    In the afternoon, you might retire to your cottage and relax in comfort. If you’re feeling more adventurous, the raw beauty of nature is right around the corner.
